Nithya Ravula

Instructor for Intro to Engineering

Nithya Ravula is a rising junior at Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School. She has a strong passion for STEM, having done robotics since the 5th grade, and hopes to pursue a career in aerospace engineering. In her free time, Nithya has been doing Kuchipudi, a traditional Indian classical dance style, for the past 9 years. She is also on her school’s Bhangra team, and loves dance in general. She loves supporting her community and is a founding member of her school's chapter of Race for Unity, an organization working to support and provide for underprivileged families in the RVA area. She enjoys hanging out with friends, going on long bike rides, listening to music, and baking. Nithya hopes that as a teacher at Project Engage, she will be able to spark your excitement for learning, no matter what your interests may be. She can’t wait to meet you!
